All configurations are subject to review and can be modified by AI-CHATBOT if necessary.

Provide the URL of the logo you want to display at the top of the chatbot. This should be a direct link to an image file, such as a PNG or JPG.

Enter the title that will be displayed at the top of the chat window. This should be a short, catchy name for your chatbot.

Write a welcome message that will greet users when they open the chatbot. This should be a friendly and engaging message to make users feel comfortable.

Enter the text for the first quick reply option that users can select in the chatbot. Quick replies allow users to easily interact with your bot by clicking on predefined options.
Example: "Check my order status", "Get a quote"
Enter the text for the second quick reply option. This can be another common task or query users might have.
Example: "Talk to a representative", "View services"
Enter the text for the third quick reply option. Make sure it covers another aspect that might interest your users.
Example: "Get support", "Find a store"
Choose the style for your chatbot. Each style has a unique look and feel:
Blue: A clean, professional look.
Gray: A modern, neutral style.
White: A minimalist and bright appearance.
Provide context or instructions for the chatbot to help it understand its role and how to respond to users. This can include specific information about your business, the type of assistance provided, or how to handle certain queries.
Example: "You are a virtual assistant for an online store. Help users with their orders, provide product information, and assist with customer service."
Set the placeholder text that will appear in the chatbot's input field before the user types a message. This should encourage the user to interact with the bot.
Example: "Ask me anything...", "How can I help you today?"
